Pros

A complimentary membership for you and a friend. You also meet some inspiration people.

Cons

The hours you work won't give you the chance to use your free membership and the salary you earn doesnt justify the overtime you're going to have to do. A lot of cost cutting and stream lining, meaning staff are overworked and under paid.

Pros

The brand but that is losing its gloss now.

Cons

Terrible culture in head office and set at board level lead by finance. There is no people culture anymore and they don't even pretend.

Our Building Services teams work hard to keep our clubs operating safely and effectively for our members. At times this can require out of hours work.
