Pros

People I work with are absolutely fantastic! If it weren't for them, this job could get a little boring. Basically one big family! Oh and not to mention you get a lot of free perks like discounts on all products and services offered and a free membership + a free buddy membership.

Cons

Gets pretty repetitive. People forget their cards, need to sign up for classes, need to freeze their memberships, blah blah blah. Also SUPER long shifts. And the reason I capitalize super is because although it is 8.5 hours, it feels like days pass by when no one is coming into the gym because it is off peak hours and you just have to stand there. But when it is really busy, time goes by quickly, but it gets stressful because members are so mean and snooty when they aren't the center of attention and are so rude. They will make sure you know loud and clear if they have a problem and it sucks because you have to just smile when in fact you want to punch them in the face.

Pros

Complimentary membership and some great staff and members which has kept me in the company for so long

Cons

-managers all look after themselves -save money in any way how -regional manager speaks to people like he knows all and is all powerful.
