The pay is not enough to live on as a personal trainer starting off on tier 1 or 2, I believe the tier rates should be increased

Thanks for leaving your comments with us. I’m glad you’re enjoying the fun environment! Being a Personal Trainer and in the gym at the heart of the Club, it’s great to hear this! I appreciate the pay model might not suit everyone. The benefits with it are that you’re employed and don’t have to pay rent, also the more sessions you have within the month the higher the hourly rate you receive, so as you move through the tiers you will find it more manageable. I would recommend you speaking with your Manager as they are there to support you and help with building your client base. I hope this helps, all the best. Radha.
