Free Membership is literally the only pro about working for Virgin Active. Some of the people are nice , in other departments but that's about it.

Cons

-Very low pay ! -Management get away with treating you badly . -They also want you to be a pushy seller which I personally think will give Virgin a bad reputation eventually - losing people to other competitors. - Management have their favourites and treat people differently. - Do not care how you feel, especially if your not happy at work.
