Club culture, members and free memberships

Cons

Support is very min from head office and leadership is poor. There is zero connect from head office to the club.

Pros

Good team Good pay - if you can get the hours!!

Cons

Very limited hours - if you can book clients together then it would be worth while, otherwise you end up coming in for 30 minutes at a time. Costs more to work than you earn. GM constantly on my back about hitting targets and spending more time in the club Not paid for admin work High staff turn over
