Pros

Some of the best reasons were the fun, energetic employees. All with a passion for fitness. You have unlimited gym and pool access and they are big on internal promotions.

Cons

The pay was not very good and on more than one occasion i was paid incorrectly.

Great potential to earn, good working culture and focus on progression. Also great discounts across the whole virgin brand and more.

Cons

Shifts vary any 9 hours from 9-6 to 12-9, no annual leave over the end of the month or jan, feb or september.
