Being a 7 day a week operation, our shift patterns can be challenging and don't suit everyone, but we do try to be flexible where possible (thank you for the recommendation, we'll continue to work on that). I like the company standards, the online training provided, the working towards objectives, the good relationship with managers, teamwork.

Cons

Managers don,t want to get involve to sort out problems among colleagues when work related. Do not follow a good house keeping rota so all employees end up doing their work.

Pros

Colleagues and customers are friendly, fun and laid back. Great communication with managers. Everyone is passionate about the company's mission to be the most loved health club in the world.

Cons

The facilities do not make it easy to do a great job. You have to work hard to keep standards high despite cramped spaces and limited equipment.
