I really appreciate the time that you have taken to leave your review. During your employment I am pleased to know that you enjoy the benefits such as the free memberships and incentives. There have been some restructures within our Milton keynes Customer services centre. This is due to the number of Clubs that we now own in the UK. We hire fixed term contracts into the business when needed at the time. We are upfront to our employee's about the nature of the contract and encourage them to take up other opportunities that are available across the business when their contract comes to an end. We do offer a range of development opportunities that can also be discussed with your line Manager which I encourage you to do. We communicate changes to the business in an appropriate manor and time to our employees. We sensitively follow company guidelines to also suit our members. Thanks for taking the time to leave your comments. Its always good for us to know what we can improve on. Its great to know that you are a long standing employee having been with us for 3 years! As you know we do not charge rent to our Personal Trainers so they have PAYE benefits which is something our competitors do not offer. The Tier system means that you are in charge of how many hours you work and therefore your wages will increase the more hours you choose to do. We pay in line with our competitors and on top of our benefits, we also run an annual fitness event for the Fitness professionals and industry experts to share their knowledge, this is for our staff to learn innovative ways of working.
