8yAwesome! 4 star review. The Building services team do enjoy the benefits of holiday, and a good wage. The set hours are also great and being on call is part of the job role in this industry as Standards and Health and safety are our top priority! each department does have its own perks so if you ever feel like crossing over to the sales team please consider it.
