      Pros

      Company values and vision Company progression, Evolve Managerial Course Vast amount of support in club and regional based Induction into VA with an insight to history, values and meeting like minded newbies coming into VA, first impressions. Clubs are awesome with the newest and latest innovations and industry leading tools to complete your job. Big drive in investment to clubs and staff.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to get work/ life balance right Churn in staff, industry fast paced, sometimes difficult to settle. Sometimes the tone of expectation isn’t set from the start and can offset someone’s start into the company.

      Pros

      I work with some of the most amazing people. Virgin is all about looking out for their people abd I have felt so looked after since day 1. The work is challenging, busy but so enjoyable and the team around me are always there to support me. Great people, great benefits, great job!

      The office is outdated and often cold

      Decent job, can be very flexible hours.

      Pros

      I worked here alongside studying at university, and since i was on a 0 hour contract, i was able to easily book time off work for 3 weeks for christmas and other holidays, and managers are always accommodating to the situation of being at uni.

      Cons

      Frequently got paid incorrectly but aslong as its chased up you will recieve the correct wages.
