Training/development, workload, fun and enjoyable place, great support/network at head office, free gym membership and plus one and nothing is better to work in good and healthy environment which makes people good and give people more confidence about themselves!!

I have worked for Virgin Active for just under a year and am loving it - super friendly people, lots of room for progression if you work hard, and they are keen to reward and praise. I have been promoted once, and I know there are always further opportunities.

VA has always been very good to me over the years. They reward hard work and recognise success. VA also looks to progress it's staff and educate at all levels.

Cons

The pay is not typically in line with the rest of the industry.
