Free membership, other young staff members make it bearable and often fun.

Cons

Poor management, bad pay, no respect from members because they are snobby, expect you to do ridiculous hours.

Due to the nature of the industry, our employees are asked to be flexible with their working hours, which can include evenings and weekends. Pros

Free membership for you and a friend. Personal trainers are the best in the industry and so much fun.

Cons

Management - from AGM, SM... they are not capable of doing their jobs and rely on their consultants, micromanaging them and putting so much pressure on them. I’ve been treated really badly but my manager and was never listened to, they always protect the managers instead of finding out what’s going on in club. Commission structure is not good at all even though they’ll try to sell you the dream.
