- no career progression - no value of staff - may not even get a break If you are looking for a sales role with fast career progression and high earning potential do not apply here.

Great team. Very inviting and supportive. It’s quite a boring job, but they definitely make it fun and the management there work just as hard which is always motivating to see. It’s like being part of a family there. You also get a free gym membership and the facilities are great

Cons

The members at Kensington are as a majority not very nice. There are some people who are really nice and you can have a chat with, but you will spend a large amount of time dealing with a lot of petty complaints that can be quite draining
