Pros

Free gym membership, fun atmosphere, great co workers.

Cons

While the work itself was often straightforward and manageable, upper management consistently made it hard, they are disorganized and chaotic, failing to build any rapport with staff who are the ones actually doing the vast majority of the work. This detachment means they often don't understand the daily realities or challenges. The micro-managing is draining, it's incredibly exhausting to have your every move scrutinized, and despite hard work, the pay is below average for the poor treatment received. Furthermore, issues are consistently ignored or left unfixed. Zero support from leadership makes it a difficult environment. This leaves staff feeling undervalued and unsupported in their roles. Honestly, the only good thing to come out of working here was the incredible friends I made and the opportunity to work alongside such dedicated, hard-working colleagues. It genuinely makes me feel bad for my colleagues to see how much they have to put up with on a daily basis. If you're looking for a supportive and well-managed workplace, I'd advise you to look elsewhere.
