      Opportunities to grow in a regular basis. Every time I asked for more responsibilities they were given! Great work culture

      Pros

      Verisure is a company which is proud to protect their customers, but they are also a company which is proud to protect and grow their employees. It is by far the most diverse company I have worked for, and the atmosphere in the office is second to none. Everyone is friendly, from the top to the bottom...in no other company which I have worked for would you get an MD who is happy to stand and chat to anyone. They take feedback on board and implement changes for the better. They are always looking to help employees progress and better themselves within their career - a truly superb company!

      Since joining in October 2023 I am yet to see any cons.
