      This is truly one of the best companies to work for. I’ve been part of the organisation for over 17 years, having started on the front line and progressed all the way to a senior leadership position. During my nearly nine years in the UK, I’ve witnessed the company go from strength to strength, firmly consolidating its position in the marketplace. It continues to offer outstanding development opportunities for hardworking, passionate, and engaged professionals who thrive on achieving stretch targets and pushing their own boundaries.

      Cons

      It depends on the perspective from which you view it. We are on a mission to become number one in the UK and globally, which by nature makes the environment fast-paced and demanding. This can be the ideal setting for professionals like me—those who thrive on challenge and rapid growth—but may not suit individuals who prefer highly stable, unchanging, and smooth day-to-day operations.
