I like the idea of working with the variety of people there are at Verisure. There is a certain buzz in our office, which I find motivating. There are opportunities for progression if you really want it, and because the vision of continuous progress and expansion is clearly conveyed, it helps to initiate a sense of personal accountability and direction. Our team feels like a family, we work together and support each other. We even have the space, where we can be honest with each other, if there are any differences between us. This makes a big difference to the environment in any place of work. I most definitely feel that I have made the right decision by coming to work for Verisure. I am, also, very comfortable with my Team Leader and Manager, who I find are very approachable and will support me with any plans for personal progression.

Cons

For me, the down side for working in Newcastle is the distance from where I live in Durham, it is a fairly long drive but, there is a hot mug of a coffee waiting for me when I get here!

Nothing the company is very poor

Cons

Everything, awful basic salary have to meet 10 sales to make any normal money you get no help no expenses. Be prepared to work every day 7-10 with maybe sunday off if lucky
