I like the idea of working with the variety of people there are at Verisure. There is a certain buzz in our office, which I find motivating. There are opportunities for progression if you really want it, and because the vision of continuous progress and expansion is clearly conveyed, it helps to initiate a sense of personal accountability and direction. Our team feels like a family, we work together and support each other. We even have the space, where we can be honest with each other, if there are any differences between us. This makes a big difference to the environment in any place of work. I most definitely feel that I have made the right decision by coming to work for Verisure. I am, also, very comfortable with my Team Leader and Manager, who I find are very approachable and will support me with any plans for personal progression.
