The people you work with are all fantastic people that really make it that little bit better.

Cons

Training is awful. Expected to sell after 3 days from training of training for a non English speaker.

I started the company last April and after the great training I was supported in the field. I hit the ground running and exceeded my first months target. With my sales and attitude I was promoted to team leader. June I was number 2 team leader in the UK and won a ps4 and in July my team worked hard and I was number 1. My reward was 1 weeks all inclusive holiday for me and my wife to the Caribbean. Basically you work hard you go places and have great rewards. You also have great flexibility. You have massive earning potential. Branch management was very supportive and one of the best I've had.

Cons

The biggest down side which can't be helped is the occasional evening or Saturday morning. Then again it can pay you well.
