Good company, but lack of structure and methodology
Pros
Good and friendly colleges Great quality products Good culture and atmosphere at the office Opportunities for development
Cons
The culture is very open to internal promoting/hiring. But there is a lack of people hired from outside. Across time this has lead to limited knowledge within the company, since not much new knowledge/experience is brought in from the outside. Due to this you often find operations/sales agents promoted to higher levels and with a lot of responsibility, but with limited education and experience from other companies. Due to this you find a wide range of quality among the employees at the office, unlike for example Google/Facebook/Amazon/Microsoft where all employees are top quality employees. If you work at the office you might run into a very unstructured way of working. Often there is a lack of metology and structure when approaching a problem/challenge. (I believe it is because of lack of experience and knowledge from outside). Thus your own ability/creativityto to solve problems is important.
