None, unethically run company, poor management, low pay and your commissions will disappear even if you have given 200% along with weekends and family time.

Cons

Zero respect for co workers, you cannot take holidays more than a week in a row, worst work culture, the company says car and benefits in the interview but what you get is no benefits, zero job security and you have to use your own car. Hooligans in management who do not know anything about people management. Think very carefully before joining.

Can make decent money but you have to fight to keep it!

Cons

They use every opportunity to take your commissions back, increase targets that aren’t even in your control and penalise for it, company car will take 1 year before you are provided with one, fuel card is limited to £150! You will use this in one week! Live location for the managers to watch you until 7pm. When you finally have enough and leave they will pay you basic wage and not pay you your holiday pay or any commission you made that month! STAY AWAY YOUVE BEEN WARNED! I was employed for over a year
