      Pros

      - Lots of autonomy - Well known brand - Interesting problems to solve - Driven coworkers

      Cons

      - Toe-stepping and backstabbing are embedded into the culture - People are not held accountable for failures, and it's very common for others to claim credit for your work - Limited to no training offered - Bonus targets change dramatically with little to no notice (whatever your offer letter says is likely to NOT be honored, especially bonus target and equity refresh)

      Lots of exciting problems to work on and solve. Most roles are given a lot of autonomy. Uber (and therefore your work) is very visible.

      Cons

      There is a serious leadership void – extremely few good leaders. Most managers/leaders are self-serving. You are expected to be always-on. The culture is still very toxic.
