Benefits, love my coworkers, that’s about it.

Cons

Pay, raises are abysmal, if someone gets a promotion, everyone else gets less of a raise. Keep adding more work to your plate, threaten unpaid mandatory overtime, getting a promotion is political, not based on how hard you work.

Cons

UL is in the process of updating very old practices, which can be confusing and frustrating. A lot of the more established staff do not actively try to assist younger/newer staff
