      If you're Considering ComplianceWire - run away

      Pros

      Company Mission - Immediate coworkers are down to earth and great people to work with.

      Cons

      Co removed all experience sales reps to replace them with "Junior Sales execs" at half the salary. Over the years leadership has used ComplianceWire as an ATM machine with no reinvestment. No Marketing investment. Literally told "you have no marketing". Expect quota set to 300 cold email outreaches a week. Concerned with volume outreach vs strategic plays. Don't expect enough leads to come in to meet any quota so until things change don't expect to receive quota checks. Any large client have been pulled and transferred to the Enterprise team who are frankly not well versed in the platform.

      Good company to get foot in door

      Pros

      Flexibility of hybrid schedule. Work with nice people and decent benefits. Management at location level is great to work with.

      Cons

      *Raises are annual however usually a very small percentage and rarely makes a difference in your paycheck. *Have had a high number of layoffs/departures in the past few years which have decreased employee morale.
