      Pros

      The culture is primarily a good one. The compensation is average to very good depending on your experience and position. There are many opportunities to build your skills and value for the company which translate to better pay, promotion opportunities, and a variety of work. Work load is average to high, but even when it is high, management works with you to try to push goals- they don't just demand.

      Cons

      The average age of a lot of the employees is a bit older, and there is occasionally a clash of generations especially with technology. Overall most of the old timers are great, but if you are young, it may take some compromise.

      Great people! The mission is really important and lots of people work toward that.

      Cons

      Management doesn't see there are so many problems that could be easily fixed by making minor changing - like acknowledging a job well done. Most are too consumed with promoting themselves.
