      Pros

      Some great people work here. The mission is easy to support. It's the perfect environment to get experience to prepare for better/less stressful/higher paying jobs at other companies.

      Cons

      A lot of people with seniority in management roles are not a good fit for the role. Salaries can be very unfair for women, and there is no way to fix your salary once you find out. It can be an extremely political environment. High turnover. Unqualified staff is the norm.
