      The company provides transport facility.

      Management does not want to see what is wrong The teams are less than a year old and already the Team leads and managers are playing politics No Perks at all.. No Diwali gift ..no new year celebrations, no employee appreciation prices The annual party took place on the terrace of the Building Flexi timings are for namesake Your referrals will not be selected by any means ..It is a political decision made by Directors and Associate Directors

      Cons

      Don't really appreciate people who stays with the firm. Hires less capable people from outside at higher cost. Demoralizing for existing staff
