Pros

Stable paycheck. There really are no other pros. They are like every other corporation. They will tell you want you want to here but their actions are the complete opposite.

Cons

Horrible career advancement, no income growth, no flexibility, micro managing, steep hierarchy, bad technology, low emotional quotient, lack of ability to relate, conformists

Pros

Good salary , good infrastructure as it's new center. That's it. No more pros

Cons

Lots of politics. Sometimes it feels you can start your political career from here. You won't be growing technically and getting new skills here it's same old technologies. No learning or exposure to good projects. No work life balance. Limited options for food as it has only one vendor . More focused into vendor than growing permanent staff.
