Pros

Compensation is good but depends upon your negotiation skills. You will find people making double of you at same designation and same skill set. Good infrastructure & nice location, at least in pune. Leave policy is awesome.

Cons

Salary hikes are worst even after promotion. You will find many people hired only to talk and improve decorum of office. Too much politics. Being a new setup in India, every one is trying to be head of something 😁 Unnecessary layers in management. Worst work life balance.

Pros

Great brand. Generally friendly culture. Excellent place to develop professional skills. Mostly satisfied to have spent a few years here early in my career.

Cons

Low growth environment. Career advancement largely driven by personnel changes above you. Very bureaucratic. Hard to see promising long-term career prospects here, unless you're okay with just waiting to see if you catch a fortunate break.

The place only cares about money and politics. The hard workers who work for UBS get little to no recognition . Leadership is an endless merry go around that changes every 2 years. Those new leaders don't care about fixing anything. Just care about promoting their buddies. It will never be a good place to work with current people involved in running it.
