      Pros

      I’ve been with Thoughtworks for about two years now, and my experience has been really positive. It’s a great place to learn new technologies, improve problem-solving skills, and grow both professionally and personally. The culture is very supportive, and collaboration is encouraged across teams. One thing I really want to highlight is the work–life balance — it’s genuinely excellent. I feel respected as an individual, and I’ve never felt overburdened. Overall, the environment makes it enjoyable to come to work and keeps motivation high.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don’t have any major cons to point out at this time. Everything has been going smoothly for me, and my experience so far has been very positive

      Pros

      Great Mentors Smart People Not a lot of politics(I didn't face any, I've heard from others there's some politics)

      Cons

      Sometimes you can be on the beach(bench) for a long time LUMOS(I didn't like it. some people do. And It doesn't make the salary reviews transparent) Salaries are average for Senior roles(specially if you joined as a graduate)

      Pros

      A empresa tem uma cultura organizacional muito boa, com um ambiente colaborativo e equipes que se apoiam. Oferece ótimos benefícios, processos bem estruturados e um cuidado genuíno com as pessoas. Os benefícios são competitivos e realmente fazem diferença no dia a dia dos colaboradores. No geral, é uma excelente empresa para trabalhar, com uma cultura saudável.

      Cons

      Como ponto negativo, a empresa realizou recentemente o corte de alguns benefícios, como inglês e cursos de aprimoramento. Apesar de outros benefícios terem sido mantidos, essa mudança impacta em oportunidades de desenvolvimento. Além disso, o processo de promoção tende a ser mais lento do que o esperado.
