Potential to be great again

Pros

- The first and most important thing about this company is that most of the people who work here are incredible. All from a variety of backgrounds, walks of life and experiences. You can learn so much from them. - There is ample amount of opportunity... IF you are in professional services (a consultant). - Things are always changing (which is a good thing for some) - Has the potential to be amazing again. - Pay is good - Benefits

Cons

- The reason why I say MOST of the people are incredible is because there are some bad apples who do not represent the culture very well. Expect to be told that you can 'fail fast and publish your mistakes' during inductions, then down the line to be singled out and told that your only work expectation from your role is 'Zero errors'. - Any opportunity to progress isn't about what you know, more about who you can get to vouch for you. If you wish to succeed here, buddy up with someone from the leadership team, regardless of how long they have been with TW. Their opinions are the most valued. - There is a huge issue with the way operations is run. Every single person is overworked and overstretched. If you are one of those people who expect to leave the office only once every bit of work is done, expect to be there until at least 9pm. They do not hire support and you will literally find 1 person doing 3 -5 different roles. - Also, lack of opportunity for those in operations. Expect to be told you're being 'impatient' if asking for a career path. You very rarely see someone in ops growing into more of a senior role. This is obviously somewhat to do with the 'flat structure' but also because there is no focus on growing and building individuals within ops as there are with those in professional services. There is support should you wish to move from ops to professional services. - There is no openness and visibility around applying for roles internally. You are not given an opportunity to apply, interview and go through the process as this is all done behind the scenes.

Pros

Good company for developers, QA and BA. These roles will be independent and will like that.

Cons

No focus on project management. PMs are disposable. Every one thinks they are amazing at project management but don't know a single thing about it. Honest advice to PMs - please don't join.
