Pros

- Continues to retain and attract some top industry talent

Cons

- Loud global north voices have disproportionate soft power often at the expense of other minorities - Executives are not prepared to run publicly traded company, destroying shareholder value and total employee compensation - Apax is the majority owner and behaves as you'd expect a private equity firm - Social justice causes have been diluted and are no longer differentiators for attracting or retaining talent - Low morale and trust after recent redundancies - Value proposition as a "premium" provider no longer resonates with market - Pay freezes likely to continue into 2024

Horrible remote culture

Business Outlook

Pros

- They leave you alone and let you do your work. - Good budget for internet and phone.

Cons

- Over attachment to office culture. - They will tie you to an office which if you're remote, you'll never see unless you spend your own money to go to it. They don't make any attempt to bring remote people into the office. - If you're remote, it's incredibly difficult to find coworkers in your area to try connect with. - They spend a lot of money on office events and lunches and budget nothing for remote folks. - They stopped doing holiday parties, haven't offered bonuses which they used to not do "because we have holiday parties", and instead started budgeting more for offices to have lunches. - Travel to clients is not happening anymore. - No budget for a home office.

Pros

Strong learning based culture(keeps your intellectual humility intact) Almost flat hierarchy Flexibility and freedom to work Good amount of responsibility and ownership WFH benefits and support during the pandemic

Cons

Responsibility to find your career path(Mentors will help but onus on you) Growing and remote work has led to few changes in work culture. Being cautious as everyone is figuring out Strong focus on colloboration. Purely individualistic contributors might find it bit challenging
