Lot of changes in organization structure

Pros

Good payoff, basic perks are good.

Cons

Organization structure is very flat. No matter what you do, the growth is only unidirectional and that is also not performance based. As a FSE, work life balance is the last thing you can think of.

Ups and Downs

Pros

For an employer in the USA, Tetra Pak provides above-average salary and benefits (healthcare and vacation). The work culture is fairly relaxed with a Latin influence in recent years.

Cons

Every 2-3 years the company makes major changes that reshuffles the various organizations and upsets good, working processes in the name of "progress." It is always 2 steps forward and one step back. The company is going through another one of these reorganizations that was sprung on us by the CEO in a very abrupt manner. They've been very vague as to how the company will be organized going forward and not providing much support or information to the employees making us feel less than secure with our tenure at the company.
