Pros

- Active for external activities (family day, recreation, movies, team building, etc) - Multi national working together

Cons

- Still don't have proper standard of operation either machine side or production side even this company have been in operation for decades. - Managers are not leader type. Always take credit from employee below. Don't know how to plan himself. - No proper training provided. All SOP based on experience from senior operators. - Slow support from global team. - Pay is low. - Top management always changes (every 2-3 years) and they come with their own agenda. - Poor engineering knowledge from all aspect. - People are money oriented. - Managers always demotivate other people. Bad attitude and no respect to below employee. - Racism between European and Asian. - No career path.

Pros

My boss, benefits, work from home, challenges, never a dull moment

Cons

Everything else - flat org, incompetent middle management, highly incompetent people in positions of power and decision making not actually being able to make decisions because they don't want to get in trouble, no ownership of processes or responsibilities, foreign hubs to try to drive down expenses that cause more problems and cost more money than they do good, people trying to force business culture of other countries onto US even though the US is very lawsuit happy, because of incompetent middle management people in other departments pick up the slack for processes they are not even responsible for, employee surveys don't appear to be taken seriously, too much red tape to go through to get simple things taken care of, global projects are mandatory and refuse to listen to affected departments input, very biased based on who you know and not your knowledge base or work history, promotions go to people from south america even though expenses are supposed to be cut and it costs more money to bring someone up from Brazil to the US.
