Good campus Flexible work Schedule Less work pressure

Cons

They make freshers and everybody to support their legacy system. They give you an oncall phone which can ring 24X7 and expect you to fix the issue anytime They have very low work ethics. Their is a dedicated team whose job is to get people fired for lame reasons and they call the violation of info sec rules. Frequent Layoffs

£9.50 per hour plus regional add-ons, v cheap cafeteria, time and a half on sundays, 'uncliqey', clearly defined job, management minded to be fair, getting out and about, meeting people. Driving & problem solving - if you like it.

Cons

No shortcuts to make the job easier, 4-5hr shifts are totally committed - no time to stop usually even for 5 minutes. Need to concentrate or easy to make mistakes. Vehicles run into the ground - look 10yrs old after 5yrs service. Some 'jobsworths' who won't help if it's not their department. Pay breakdowns are not available.
