I recently worked at the distribution centre in Avonmouth. I went there with an open mind and a willingness to learn, but was disappointed to discover how badly run it was. There is clearly no coherent business plan in place. The staff are given unrealistic targets, which would explain why most of the staff are from an agency working short-term roles. The staff who attempted to reach their targets, resorted to throwing customers boxes into cages, often damaging the products, with food spilling onto the floor - Yuk. Last week when I handed my resignation letter to the team leader, I was greeted with a flaccid and lack-lustre response. Further evidence that this was clearly a regular practice. Having witnessed what I did in the short time I was there, I know now to do my shopping at another supermarket in future.

1. Almost all the projects are maintenance type projects. 2. No ethics and no professionalism. Once you leave you will be treated like savages even for getting details of EPF. You will try to contact them they won't respond. 3. Hell guaranteed as the title says. 4. The worst company I could think of. 5. The ratings are highly manipulated by putting wrong good ratings.
