If you are hard working person then you might actually earn some money.

Cons

At the moment hard working workers are nothing else just slaves. Work isnt equal but pay is the same for everyone. Low morale. Staff walking out in the mid shift as expectation from managers are totally unrealistic. As ex team leader i must say that there is no career future in the company at the moment. Its hard to achive anything as comunication/ knowledge sharing is pathetic in any store i worked in last 12 years.

1. Outdated technologies mostly support work . 2. Incompetent managers and Software heads who do nothing but browse all day. 3. Not enough competent people to drive the company with ideas. 4. Join this company if you want to become obsolete. 5. Not a tech company.

Flexible Hours, Overtime Available, Discount, Mostly Friendly Staff

Management delegate, Management don't listen to staff about suggestions, will use staff (i was refused a job which i had been covering for them because i was starting uni in a year, the two people hired instead have already left now i'm left to cover for them again. Store is never mapped correctly, promotions usually incorrect. Produce has been bad dates for years and they have done nothing about it even though Dot Com members complain and give advice on improvement. Overtime gets canceled if they over spend as managers don't get their bonus which means they run well behind on deliveries. 20 minutes cold chain is not kept too, chilled and frozen shopping and stock can sit out for up to an hour.
