good pay, on sundays i get £12 as well. 10% employee discount often know a friend that works in the same store, if not also lovely to meet people around your age if you are a student managers treat you with respect and also asked how i was feeling etc if youre just stacking shelves and being left on your own it is not really a stressful job and you get to chat with colleagues whilst doing it

Cons

sometimes management can be really disorganised, for example on some sundays i go in and no managers are working and ive not been told or left a note what to do. you get some really really horrible customers but you get that everywhere can get really boring but least they pay you more than average

Quality of new hires in past 1-2 years is really good Cab facility Flexible timing Great campus Having a day care within campus is awesome for parents Competitive pay for new hires to fight the market standards

Cons

1. Long timer people are getting less value. 2. Strict 2 weeks in fact 10 days agile practice. Lot of workload. 3 Employee monetary recognition is very low 4. Insecure place at times because fire is common based on performance and other factors. 5. Highly political place in management level 6. Good people managers are rare 7. Celebration outing within team is very occasional.

- Sporadic 10/20% discount off products - Extra hours are always available through overtime - Sunday premium which is time and a half (soon to be time and a quarter)

Cons

- Poor management, who couldn't care less about you or the store - Lack of team spirit, mainly due to poor management team - Most members of staff are underappreciated and not recognised for the work that they do - An environment that rewards brown-nosing, regardless of the employees incompetences
