Pros

Flexible schedule. Gives you the experience you need to get a better job. Good interaction with the team. Decent benefits.

Cons

If you are offered a position as an HR team member, run in the opposite direction as fast as you can. Think it will be fun and easy? Wrong! Do you think you will get paid like a team lead? Haha! No. Are you thinking that you will finally be working full time! Wrong again! The reality is, you will be given an unreasonable amount of workload. You will get less hours than anyone in the store, and you will be paid the same as a cart attendant. Yes you read that right..You will also likely have to put up with TL, ETL, and the STL thinking you don’t do anything because you sit in front of a computer all day.

Pros

Very youthful employee base, fun, social. Pay was competitive.

Cons

Extremely passive-aggressive culture that led to much energy and time spent 'networking' and storytelling rather than taking actions to drive the business forward. Extremely political and a lot of group-think unfortunately.
