Pros

Work with some awesome people

Cons

Terrible management with unrealistic expectation. My store has lost every single team leader in the span of a year because we were all so miserable. They raise wages adequately for everyone except Team Leaders. I was making the same amount as someone just starting out in my position and they couldn't understand how I thought that wasn't fair. Don't expect and caring or understanding of personal issues. If you are sick they will coach you when you use your sick time. I had a family member in the hospital and had to leave an hour early to take care of a bed ridden family member and I got coached. If there is extreme weather and you leave 2 hours early and are still 10 mins late they will still coach you and tell you "you should have left earlier" DO NOT work for this company. It has gone so far downhill in the last 2 years. All of us were getting sick with stress while our ETLs were going on lavish vacations and sitting at their computers all day.

Pros

The people are great, I have never had an issue with management or HR. They have always appreciated the extra work I do.

Cons

Always understaffed, sometimes stressful (because of understaffing/lack of payroll), hard to get promoted/move up, lack of training. Some departments get the short end of the stick for being lane backups.

Cons

Operating System is disorganized Support depends on who you have as an SOM SOMs work in silos or are competing against each other for praise Technology and processes are extremely outdated Equipment is old and outdated Communication is terrible. if you are an OM you are never in the loop until a message needs to be delivered (these messages normally impact your hourly employees) OMs are expected to deliver results with out much support from leadership
