Good pay, excellent co-workers, 3-4 day work. Full time employee, 5+ years experience

Cons

Declining benefits. No accountability from "leaders", Very reactive, no faith in company direction, will definitely be the next sears/mervyns if they don't listen to employees who are actually invested in the future of the company rather than listening to fly by night "leaders" looking to pad resumes.
