      *its hard to get promoted with in *Its hard to get promoted without a degree *they only like to hire college grads for high paying jobs *experience will get you no where with this company

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
