Pros

People focused, friendly, career path! Teleperformance is driven by the people we hire. A huge amount of time and investment goes back into developing our own people.

Cons

There are always some negatives within a large multinational business however they are very much kept to a minimum in my experience!

Pros

Good first job if you have not finished or dont plan on going to school. Fair salary for a call center.

Cons

By far the worst management team possibly put together. Especially the training department in Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale which is run by the same person. Management survives on taking credit and passing blame. Dont plan on airing your concerns to senior management because you have to follow the chain of command, so issues about your supervisor can never be addressed.
