Pros

Great people to work with. The company is good to work for but you will burn out quickly.

Cons

Constantly being bombarded by rude and angry callers. Being berated and yelled at by bitter angry people who blame you for every problem they have when you have absolutely nothing to do with their problems. When you do everything in your power to bring about a positive resolution they still scream at you. I love the people I work with but absolutely dread going to work.

Pros

i haven't gotten fired yet. they have a flexible policy when it comes to missing work. they don't fire based off trends, so they say.

Cons

no shift def, still no direct deposit, no vacation time, expensive benefits, they still have not corrected the hours on my check. the pay is semi-monthly on the 7th and 22nd, makes it difficult to pay bills. there are so many cons, i would not recommend this place. i regret working here, but at the time i was so desperate for a 3rd shift job.
