Pros

Think they are better then the agents, Treat the employees like crap, all they care about is clearing their queue. Making sure they dont pay you for not even a sec more if your not using the phone.

Cons

Only good thing about this job is they sure will make sure your working over time in which it could be good, some companies dont provide OT due to labor

Pros

My trainers were very informative and friendly.

Cons

All I could do was sit and stare at the screen, which was killer for my back and eyes. I was told I would work 8-5, then I'm being told my shift is 1-9. I have 4 kids and couldn't do that shift.
