Pros

Employs good people who you can learn from. Like head of global solutions and CEO.

Cons

HR is going downhill which is a shame which is why I left. There used to be so much more training to help people develop including a potential leader course which have all now stopped, making people leave. Culture in teams is good but 1 tmf isn’t real. It doesn’t live.

Like a Start-Up, but it's not

Friendly and helpful people that are always willing to assist

Cons

No work/life balance. No established process, little on-boarding training. Basically, you are flying solo here and if your job can be done in a country that's cheaper, then better have that CV updated.
