      Gives ownership with full trust in execution, very good work life balance - you are allowed to manage when you work as long as you complete tasks at hand, great colleagues

      Cons

      Constant change in management and organisation structure is hard to keep up! But understand that's the nature of the company going through improvements.

      One Of The Best Companies Of My Career

      1) Kept every promise made when I interviewed 2) Have supported us in every way we expected, wanted and needed 3) Commercially driven, but not maniacal - they understand the human side 4) Broad products, delivered through extensive global presence

      Cons

      1) Have invested heavily in technology, but still could use some additional tools, particularly proprietary tools 2) Currently owned by a private equity fund, which creates some uncertainty about the 2-3 year future
