      1. good salary 2. flexible hours 3. Postgraduate and training allowances.

      Cons

      1. Poor management—Since the beginning of 2024, Dubai management has centralized the idea of achieving profits by terminating employees and deducting their compensation and benefits. 2. poor HR members (they see wrong decisions but take no action) 3. No consideration of the employees' opinion about their managers; 90% of the team complaining of a manager is not enough to change him/her (their managers are gods)

      Not a lot of work

      Nobody knows what they are doing, the worst place to start a career, I reported my Indian boss for harassment and HR fired me, saying it was either me or him. I was on medical leave when they called me to tell me imagine! Told me to sign nda if I wanted my 2 weeks in lieu and when I refused they didn't pay me.
