      One of the worst Company I have ever worked for

      Could not find any pros in the company.

      Cons

      Management is very bad. They are more concerned about making profits. Before deploying you to a time consuming job or a job where you need to spend lots of money due to relocation etc, they will promise you many things. When you start working on the job you will not get anything promised nby them.

      Very high staff turnover: never a good sign

      Pros

      Central location. Global company. Some friendly people. Scope for progression if you are in the right location with the right people.

      Cons

      Strong blaming culture. Very few women at Executive level. Very high staff turnover across their locations. Highly demotivating and alarming for those who stay. No benefits, no salary raise, no bonuses. No training. With the excuse that they want people with an "entepreneurial" spirit, they throw you in the deep end with unrealistic demands, expecting the impossible without training you first. A company that does not care for their employees. Polluted by vicious backstabbing, office politics and favouritism. Unprofessional management: swearing, bullying, rudeness, clueless about managing people and projects.

      Good salary initially, with benefits

      Cons

      Bad company culture and toxic internal competition that doesn’t incentive team-work or trust. They will hire you, exploit your personal network, and then keep you busy on low revenue/high maintenance deals that take forever to materialize, so when your six month review comes up, you won’t have either your numbers or access to your personal network any longer. While top management gets their numbers higher, you likely won’t. Definition of a pyramid marketing scheme.
