      Pros

      Steep Learning curve. Colleagues are some of the brightest minds in the industry, but are also personable, funny, and genuinely caring about team and individuals. Interesting projects with plenty of exposure.

      Cons

      Same as every firm, work life balance. But have to say that Strategy& is probably the best in the industry in tackling this, and thanks to the Katzenbach center influencing evaluation and solutioning, we have a solid path on improvement

      Pros

      Cool + smart people, people you want to go out and get a drink with after work. PwC seems to really want this venture to succeed

      Cons

      Uncertainty with the PwC merger. Unclear how long many of the partners will stay on. PwC is a huge company, so some of the firm culture has been lost
